1. Educational Purpose Only — No Financial Advice

You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make, and you should conduct your own research and, where appropriate, consult a licensed financial advisor before trading.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a course or create an account. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

Some parts of the Service may require you to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Course Access & License

Upon successful payment and verification, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials for the tier you purchased, for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly display or create derivative works from any course content without our prior written permission.
• Course access is tied to your individual account and may not be shared with others.
• Higher tiers (Advance, Pro, Maestro) build on the material of the tiers below them; access to a higher tier does not automatically grant standalone access to a lower tier's materials unless stated otherwise.

5. Payments & Pricing

• One-time payment. Every course tier is a single, one-time payment. We do not charge recurring or subscription fees, and your payment method will not be billed automatically after your initial purchase.
• Currency display. Prices are shown in USD and an approximate AED equivalent for convenience. The currency and amount actually charged will be confirmed at checkout by our payment gateway.
• Manual processing. Payments are reviewed and verified by our team before course access is activated; activation is completed as quickly as possible after verification.
• Pricing changes. We may change course pricing at any time. Changes will not affect a plan you have already purchased.

6. Refund Policy

Because course materials are accessible immediately upon activation, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions on a case-by-case basis — for example, in the event of a verified duplicate charge or a technical issue preventing access that we are unable to resolve.

If you believe you're entitled to a refund, contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase with your order details so we can review your request.

7. Community Guidelines

If your plan includes access to our community channels, you agree to engage respectfully with other members and staff. We may remove content or suspend access for members who post harassing, abusive, spam, or illegal content, or who share course materials outside the community in violation of Section 4.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, text, graphics, logos, charts and the PROMPT EDGE AI™ name and branding are the property of PROMPT EDGE AI™ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or course access with anyone else.
• Copy, record, download or redistribute course content outside the platform.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information when purchasing a course.

10. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial markets carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all individuals. You could lose some or all of your invested capital and should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. PROMPT EDGE AI™, its instructors and affiliates are not liable for any trading losses you incur as a result of applying concepts taught in any course.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PROMPT EDGE AI™ and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, including the Prohibited Conduct or Course Access & License sections. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PROMPT EDGE AI™ operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
